Malfunction of gear box

Sir,

This is to bring into your kind knowledge that i purchase maruti swift LXI car on 04/05 from D.D.Mayapuri, New Delhi. From the begining there is problemin reverse gear that is when ever i try to move gear in reverse mode it gets stuck up and then i have to manipulate it to get it in proper position. I had told this complaints to dealer during all the three services but to no avail. They say it will be fine we have done some adjustment, but actually problem is now aggravating, as the front gear is also starting malfunctioning. I am in great suffering. kindly take action against the dealer to replace the part or else. i shall be very thankfull to you.
