MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LIMITED
MIsrepresentation/Tyres/Alto Xcite

I purchased an Alto Xcite model 2009 Limited Edition from M/S Competent Automobile Co. Ltd, Feroz Gandhi Market, Part-2, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. Chasis no. is 1526462/Engine no. is 4325537/date of delivery is 29.12.09. I was told by the marketing person that the tyres supplied in Alto Xcite limited edition are tubeless tyres.

On 7th Nov' the Tyre pressure became very less and on going to the tyre dealer, I was told that the tyres are not tubeless tyres and are MRF ZVTS Steel Radial Tyres with the tube. We purchase a vehicle based on the faith reposed in Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. But this faith has been somehow shaken. The marketing person Mr. Pushpendra at Competent Autmobiles Co. Ltd, Lajpat Nagar has refused to change the tyres.

I filed a complaint at Suzuki online with contact @maruti.co.in on 7.11.10. But yet to receive any feedback from the company as at 9.11.2010.

Above implies that the goodwill of the company is being driven away by misrepresentation of material facts just to boost up the sales and meet the December targets.

May I get the redressal of my complaint from any quarter what so ever in this matter.
