Horrible service from their service station

I had given my Esteem car for repairs after meeting woth an accident.

After 75 days I was called and handed over a bill for rs.109000/- for repairs.

I paid the amount and took delivery of the vehicle.

To my horror i found that there were a lot of problems which were present in the car. When i pointed it the service centre I was told not to worry and come back next week with any other problem that i may discover during the week.

In good faith I took the car and came back after a week.

Howevr the dealer failed to do the repairs.

The worst part was that even after writing to the MD of Maruti suzuki, they didnot even care to respond to my complaint.

I am shocked and have written off Maruti from my list of future cars.
