Subject - Rgarding complaint of malfunctioning of stearing.

Hello sir,

Sir, i would like to inform you that i am one of your's precious customer name Manish Bhatia from Dehradun, I also would like to revael you that I have purchased Maruti Alto form Rohan Motor, s Ltd. Dehradun in 6 feb.

Since then I am facing a continous problem with my stearing as the stearing is working very tightly with no ease of working, I drive many other Alto cars of the same model and found the real ease and smoothness that should be there in any of your's alto car. I have gone to many authorized service center, s of Mauriti Suzuki including Rohan Motar itself for the rectification of this problem but as an outcome there is no mechanical falt associated with the stearing and they tell me that there may be a manufactured fault. Now i can, t drive my car at neither at highways nor in the city as a danger of road accident.

It is my sincere request to please look into the matter soon otherwise I will be having no choice rather to go for some legal actions. The necesary information are attached below for your refrence.
