Yet to recieve the extended warranty card

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My self Giribabu Peesa, I have purchased Maruti Wagon R Duo from Their dealer Avnash Automobiles in august. Even after collecting the requisite amount fot extended warranty from my side. i am yet to recieve the same. first 2 months they informed that they will get the same from the company and then they wiy send the same to me. last 7 months they have said that the company will deliver the same to my residence. I am yet to recieve the same till date. It's pathetic to see company of such repute doesnot show interest in attending customer concerns.

Request you to pls. intervene and help me out.
