Disk brakes not working properly

DEAR SIR,

We bought a brand new SWIFT DZIRE car from vipul motors pvt ltd faridabad, on the name- JAIN TRADING COMPANY, dated- Th February registration no- HR 51 AL 8165, chassis no- MA3FSEB1S00341610, engine no- D13A-1555157 . suddenly around 9000 kms cars brakes sometimes not working properly and at 11000 kms when i given my car at servicing and issued the problem of the brakes and after the problem inquired by the service center they are charging RS 4000 for changing the DISK PADS, SO this is my request to please take some legal actions towards my complaint and give my proper feedback as soon as possible.
