Non delivery of wagon

I, K.T.Jose, from malappuram dist. Kerala, had booked a new Wagon R (Vxi, Breeze Blue) on may12, from KVR Autocars, perinthalmanna, malappuram dist., Kerala. Having offered a waiting period of 30-45 days. I have neither received the vehicle nor any information regarding the delivery. On inquiring about the delay, the dealers say that the production in the plant have been stopped for several days or provide other lame excuses. Till now i haven't received any satisfactory information about the delivery, today being the 60th day from booking date. On further inquiry, the dealer said that the delay may extend upto next month. So i request you to take immediate necessary actions regarding this issue and provide me with the vehicle as early as possible
