Bad Service

I have purchased Wagon R and our Dealer at Lucknow M/S Anand Motors is not doing proper service. Recently i got changed wind Screen of car but on frist day of rain it started leaking from top, immediatly i went to worshop of the dealer and they repaired the same but again it was not properly fixed and rain water is coming from wind screen. i am fail to under stand what to do and to whom i should contact?
