Marutisuzuki Ltd/swift dezire vdi car
New car delivery

I have booked for swift Dezire vdi, midnight black colour, with Indus Motor co pvt Ltd, Opp. Cochin Shipyard, Perumanur. P.O., Cochin-15 on 12/01 by paying Rs.50, 000/cash. they have committed to deliver the vehicle within 6.5 months vide their letter dated 14/01. On 21/07 complaint made to marutisuzuki toll free number 1800-1800-180. Again made complaints thereafter to contact@maruti.co.in

in Aug and Sept.2011. So far none of the companies committed a date of delivery. Beleiving their commitment I have drawn loan from Federal Bank and Iam paying interest from May 31st 2011. I sold the vehicle which I was using. Iam aged 58 and I need vehicle for my day to day use. Neither Marutisuzuki nor Indus motors didnot commit delivery date and over phone frustrate me by harsh behaviour.

I request to speed up the delivery urgently.
