Long Delay in repair-accedented case

My WagonR Vxi bought on 8th Oct''2010 met with an accident on21st Nov'2010 and was given for repair on 22nd Nov'2010 to M/S Amitdeep motors, Allahabad, the authorized Maruti dealer from whom I had purchased the car. Some of the parts needed replacement and I was told that parts were to arrive on 3rd of Dec'2010. However on inquiry, I was told that the truck arrived on 3rd night but all the parts requisitioned were not received. My damaged car is with M/s Amitdeep, Allahabad and I am managing the running around without a car these days

This delay in arrival of parts does not speak well of a company claiming to be NO.1 in availability of spares-one of the reason for people opting for Maruti make vehicles in India.

Would some responsible person at Maruti look into the matter and help me out. Car reg No. UP70BH 9966 was in name of Dr. Ragini Mehrotra
