On Road service helpline doesn't pick calls

Called maruti on-road-service helpline [18004200] on14th august morning to request flat tyre service for my car. The helpline call goes through to the operator and operator disconnects. This happened about a million times the entire day and there was nobody picking calls routed to the helpline. Could hear voices in the background and the calls were being disconnected on purpose. Requesting the authorities to fire irresponsible helpline members and recruit sensible and responsible ones in their place.
