Not delivered car after collecting full payment and promising to do so immediately

Ooked car in feb 14. called to take delivery of car on31.3.2010. was made to pay full amount in cash for immediate delivery of vehicle..waited, then told car is not reached.called next morning.again car not reached.then told car not dispatched from manesar factory.competent automobiles cannaught place have kept my money now for full 7 days and i have not recieved my car. all i want now is my money back with interest.and an oppertunity to share this story with others.ps there are other people with same experience at competent.
