Maruti Suzuki Ritz VXI
Veru hard clutch

I bought a new Maruti Suzuki Ritz VXi from M/s Batra Auto Company, Faridabad. Since very first day I felt that clutch was very hard. I told about this to Batra during my service but they took it casualy and kept my car for two days but problem is still same. Their service exicutive was trying to satisfy me by showing me another vehicles of same catagory. I have complaint about this two times on their toll free no. but no response.
