Maruti Suzuki - Simran Motors New Panvel
Car tyres and car servicing not done properly

I am Ashok Singh Chauhan, I bought Maruti Suzuki Ritz Zxi (Vehicle no. MH06 AW-5141) on 8 Feb from Simran Motors Pvt Ltd who are authorised dealers of maruti suzuki. First of all don't believe on what they say.

When I went there to take my vehicle it was not washed and many scratches where there on the car. which they promised be fixed before delivery after 5 months that I am still waiting for the good day to come.

After my 2nd servicing where they didnot do anything, just kept your vehicle for 8-9 hours and put some water on it and give you back. My tyres have a manufacturing defect which when I told them they agree and asked me that it will be done free of cost by JK-tyres and till now nothing is done. I launched a complaint in maruti customer care and complaint number is 1697322211.
