Refund of Booking amount

Fed up no proper feedback about delivery date from the dealer Spectra Motors Thane coupled with very bad dealing experience with the concerned sales representative (Mr Prasad), I decided to cancel my booking of Dzire VXi and submitted a cancellation letter on 27th Jan 10. However, I have neither received my refund cheque of the booking amount nor any communication from the dealer. Complaint to their Customer care department has also fallen on deaf years.

I am still waiting for the refund after a lapse of more than 6 weeks and now contemplating approaching consumer court for my refund.
