Late delivery of product

I am RAM NIWAS from GURGAON i have purchased a swift lxi car through csd from apra motors gurgaon.

i booked the car in month of september and paid rest of the amount to csd ambala in month of october.

at that time apra auto promised me to deliver the car on 3rd november but they couldn't kept their promise and didn't deliver the required product and now they are not telling the date of delivery and not responding to our call. kindly look into the matter and do the needfull.
