Work shop staff not reponding my complain

I phillips my vehicle is maruti swft vdi (UP32CA3250) very sad for service center MS M.V.V. Motors Lucknow. I went to work shop on 27th Feb. Regarding the reguler service i complaint that check lamp blinking, engine leakage, coolent leakage, body noise, pick droped, engine noise & rear stop lamp new fitment but any work not done acording my complain and billing rs. 2900.00 and repeatly i went workshop for same problem. now he says that your water pump is defective and estimated cost rs. 2300.00. when i went to workshop for receiving the vehicle he charged rs.3300.00.present time my vehicle is still at workshop.
