Exterior damages

I have purchased swift zxi chassis no 132754, K L 18 H 4134, from Indus motors vadakara.on 10/11.at the time of delivery its found that the back glass and all the LH side glasses were fully damaged.so i was not satisfied.they were promised me to re placed as early.till 27/11 the work has done only partly.the L R window Glass is remaining.let me know How it is happened to passes thorough the quality control tearm. only they are pasting sticker O K with out any testing.its to the chair man, regional head, consumer head, marketing head of maruti Suzuki India LTD.
