Dear Sir,

I purchased a Maruti Suzuki SX 4 ZXI on December 17th which was a second hand model but used sparingly, the on road price 8.10 lacs as against the brand new proce of 9.60 lacs, now since i have planned to move out of country I went to check the resale price of the same the true value people from whom I bought the vehicle are quoting a measly 5.40 lacs, How can the price of the vehicle go down by 3 lacs in 3 months, Now I will take up this propoganda all over the country that True value is false value as they are cheating the customers in broad daylight, the petro; consumption of the vehicle is pathetic and the front widshield design is also a hinderance.
