Delay of delivery

I Amal Philip have booked MARUTHI SUZUKI SX4 ZDI WHITE in 7/03, but stil they did not deliver to me. They promised me that would issue within a month. I have asked them several times, but they failed to give me a proper solution. Could you please let mep know me what is the reason of delay. Hope that you will take further step.
