TYRE NOISE

I got a new wagon-r duo on june 17 and now it has run 5800 kms. From 4000 kms I have been complaining of rough noise in front left side and the dealer AMBAL AUTOMOBILES said it is perfect and during my 2nd free service at 4800kms also I had mentioned.but they said it is normal. Now I checked it with another dealer and found it is tyre noise and they say tyres dont carry warranty (if tyres dont carry warranty why are the service engineers recruited). Now they have come with pro-rata basis. I want my tyres to be replaced at free of cost. NOW-A-DAYS MARUTI 'S STANDARD HAS GONE DOWN. THEIR CSI IN MY CITY HAS PROVED AS WELL AS THRU'OUT INDIA ALSO.

Request a solution for it or else forced to take up with consumer forum
