Misbehave and Harrasment by Employees

I gave my car (Wagon R) at Naraina Maruti sale & service station on 24-09 six days have already gone but I have not received my car. When I call them there is a supervisor name (Mr. Narender) he is very arrogant, always speak rudely and misbehave with me.
