Improper Servicing

To Whom so ever it may concern,

I Mr. Raj Kumar Sharma residing in Nerul, Navi Mumbai is the owner of a Maroon Colored Wagon R Duo, my vehicle no is MH.43 X. 6232. I have given my vehicle for a dent removal and vehicle servicing on 18th of November '10. They have assured me to finish the work within a weeks span of time. According to the time alloted to me by Maruti Suzuki Automotives, Nerul i went to the showroom to get my car back. They Gave me a reason that the paint isnt available in market though the dent is removed and asked for one more days time. I went back on Friday 26th Nov. 2010 to the showroom and got back the vehicle. Now that i got it back there is a problem with the servicing which is not done and i wasn't informed about it. Later when i called them they informed me that the spare parts are not available and you will have to bring back the vehicle back to the show room. they have charged me for the work which is not done and driving vehicle in such conditions is a risky job. If the authorized service centers like Maruti cannot be trusted then who can be?
