MARUTI SUZUKI ZEN 1998 MODAL
TAX PROBLEM

Espected sir,

i own a car maruti suzuki zen-1998 modal. vehicle is registered in kerala. i paid tax upto 1999, then i paid life time tax in karanataka without changing the registration. In RC book they, wrote" karnataka lifetime tax is paid, no noc provided". now i want to change the ownership to other person. my tax is valid upto 2015. i cunsulted kerala RTO, According to them, i have to pay the tax there also with penalty. please help me to solve this issue. please note i paid karnataka tax because i got transfer for my job from kerala to karnataka.
