Maruti Swift
NO DELIVERY OF MARUTI SWIFT LXi

This is my first car purchase, and had sorted on options like Maruti Swift, Hyundai I 10, Ford Feigo, but looking to the brand name of Maruti had decided upon to go in for Swift being my first car.

I had gone through lots of test drives during the month of November, and finally decided to book my Maruit Swift LXi model and had given margin money cheque for Rs 25000 to your dealer in Ahmedabad M/s Kiran Motors Limited.

I was made to understand that there is waiting period for getting delivery of maruti Swift car, around 60 to 80 days and had made payment for margin money on 17 th November.

Am following up with the dealer for the delivery status of my car, intended to get the car delivery on around 17 th January which is my birthdate

Since couple of days now the dealer was not even picking up my cell, and have visited his showroom twice for enquiry but the person there out with whom we are interacting is neglecting us and getting furious replying that production is closed @ MARUTI till 15.01.2011 want be able to deliver the CAR at this time, this is big question to MARUTI a Very Big Fish in Auto industries across Globe doesn't have the MARUTI should also focus on Production as well Customer services being a leader in the Globe, at times this has disappointed me to such level that one point of time decided to cancel the booking and go in for some other options, which are very much available in the market with good customer services.

the intention of writing you this mail is that, the counter party should understand us, our immotions attached to the product, as one does not buy cars as often one goes to buy other products.

Am very disappointed with the way my case is handled and the approach of your dealer in Ahmedabad, now all the cheer and excitement of buying my first car has gone away, and this harsh memories will stay for life time in my mind ..
