Premium demanded for the delievery of ca

This has been more than two and a half month that they promise me in writing to deliever the car model'swift vdi'confirmed, on date27/12/09. And today this is 13/03/10 almost a week over the period they (jagmohan motors rohtak Haryana 01262255004) told me to deliever the car. But now through some sources they are demanding 5000rs over the actual price of car as a premium amount, I am in a need of car as I have promised to gift thst to my sister on her marriage to be held on 24/03/10, should I give the premium amount or take my booking amount back after these three months faced harrasmentaly
