Maruti - Swift Dezire
Delivery not as per the SLA promised

Hello,

My name is Nazneen Karbhari and this is regarding a complain that I need to submit against the Maruti Swift Dezire booked as per the below mentioned details:

Date of booking: 28th Sep 2009.

Vehicle Sr. No: DZ-VXI 433

Vehicle booked: Dzire VXI B S III

Colour: Mett. Clear Beige

Dealer: Vitesse Private Limited

Dealer Address: B10 Gopi Chambers opposite Fame Adlabs, New Link Road Andheri West, Mumbai 400053

The booking date of the above is 28Sep 2009. I was informed that there was only a 6 weeks waiting period and I should be getting the delivery of my Car booked in the name of my Husband Mr. Vispi Karbhari within the same.

Till date which is 21st December I have no idea absolurtely on what would the delivery date of my car be.

The person who is managing this booking is Jitesh Gharat 9870255292 or 26735464. However me and my husband have had upto the brim of our patience with the level of customer service and call back ownerships that this person had delivered. We escalated the matter to Mr. Nilesh who apparently claimed to be his senior who was just worse than the first executive and his level of customer service just was as pathetic in terms of call backs.

Finally when I asked for someone senior post my waiting period I was transferred to Ms. Alka Hate who was only a better comforter on phone without any delivery commitments. The beauty of all the staff at this dealer branch is the absolute no ownership that they show towards calling the customer back as committed.

All that I have been hearing from them is, "I am sorry this is happening but we have no visbility of the list of deliveries that are happening from Delhi".

Can some one please tell me what is happening and give me a concrete date of my delivery. The beauty of this whole thing is that I have already paid 3 EMIs and a booking amount of Rs. 50, 000/-.

Am awaiting a revert.
