Maruti swift dezire

I had booked a Maruti Swift Dezire (petrol) with Akansha Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Rudrapur on May 30. I was told that the car would be delivered in 2-3 months.

Till now I have not got the delivery of the car (it is 4.5 months), apart from that after around 3 months the dealer told me to take white color as he said the beige color would take another 15 days. As i did not want white color i told him i will wait for another 15 days. After a lot of follow up there was no hope of the delivery.

In these 4.5 months the ex showroom price of the car has increased by around 30, 000 and also the banks have increased their loan rates. So, this is an additional cost i would have to bear now. This is not fair. Now the dealer is saying that the beige color is not available and hence he would be able to give us the car. Now he is suggesting that you can take the higher model or you buy SX4. I do not understand the logic behind this. I wasted so much of time and energy behind this that now I am exhausted to go to another dealer. This is not expected from the dealer of such a reputed company

Hope someone from the company takes action for this kind of behaviour of the dealer.
