Maruti swift dezire
Waiting period

I have booked Swift dezire VXI (White) on 13/09 at Sai Service Center Phugewadi Pune against docket F10E0197, initialy it was told 4 months waiting, but waiting number not provided, after my follow up it was verbely told your waiting is 11th number. On 26th sep it happen to visit at the dealer counter I found 4-5 VXI at showroom, so my understanding was from 11, 4-5 vehicles gets reduce my waiting should come down, but showroom staff are not ready to give information. As a customer I fil dealer are not transferent with the customer. This information should be pass to the customer waiting number/Received Vechicle From Company/Cancelled Booking/fresh waiting so that customer are not chitted.
