Maruti swift dezire
Non delivery of car after six months

TO, MD MATUTI SUZUKI

Sir,

I had booked your swift dezire car and deposited Rs.50000/-(Rs. Fifty thousand only) on 10th Oct.

2010 through your lucknow dealer M/s One Up Motors. First of all, they had offered other models but

when I express my interest only in getting Swift desireVDI model, they have booked the car with promise to give delivery of car latest by December last week or first week of jan-11. When I made contact in Jan-

11, the dealer informed that next delivery to be made to yours & promised to deliver the car before 14th

of Jan. Again on inquiry, they express sorry and promise to deliver the car in 1st week of Feb-11. On

6th feb – 11, I had also purchased Alto K10 for my father from the same dealer and again, they make

promise to deliver the car upto last week of Feb-11. There are several promises made by your dealer to

deliver the car in last week of Feb i.e. upto Holi and again in Navaratras and now, they categorically

felt sorry to deliver the car in Navratras. Sir I am unable to understand such type of dealings, one side

your dealer displays to deliver the vehicle within 12 weeks other side they are making fool of your

customer’s upto 24 weeks. Now I am feeling that somewhere, your dealer is cheating the customers,

by getting booking amount and utilizing the amount since last 6 months for his other type of business,

which is the first aim of the dealer. There are so many Brands available in the market which we can get,

but I have shown interest in getting vehicle from your company. Now one of your dealer representative ask me that he cancelled my deal as I have lodged complain in contact@maruti.co.in & they will not deliver me the vehicle he say you can do what soever you can.By this way, I, very much, disappointed

from your dealers such type of dealings, one word Sorry is not enough to fill our last 6 months waiting & now my whole family is not ready to purchase the same at any cost, we make our mind set up to purchase other brand. I will be very greatfull if you please make me available my advance money of

Rs 50000/- 18.5% intt compensation of mental harasment increased price during the period which i will pay on other brand, . I would also like to know the waiting list & time of delivery during the said period of car DEZIRE to any one. I also want to apprise you that I will not make any deal with your company as well as, I will suggest another not purchase any branch of your company.

Sir If this is the Value for money no one would like such type of Value
