Maruti swift dezire

Sir,

maruti dealer Bhatia & company, sold a defective car " swift dezire" on 4 may.the car have the starting trouble the mechanic said that their is a problem in the "throtle body or defect in the fuel injection system" I have contacted them about 4 times and give car for two services first and second free service but they did not sot out that problem. the defect in the car is from the first day. now suggest me what can i do.
