Maruti Swift Dzire
Long Wait time

I had booked a maruti Swift Dzire with Spectra Motors thru one of he Brokers Shakti Motors in Navi Mumbai. The date when the Booking amount of one lacs was given was 29/03.The purpose of booking this Vehicle was to gift it to my Husband on his Birthday which is on 29/05.

I was promised that he vehicle will be delivered to me by 15/05.I have been following up with Shakti Motors for the same almost every week during April and almost every two days since May and everytime I have been assured of the delivery on 15/05.

Suddenly on 15/05, I am informed that the Vehicle cannot be delivered so soon and infact the date when it would be delivered cannot be commented upon.

The model Zxi which I had booked is not been produced now and if I opt for Vxi, they would try to deliver the vehicle by this month end.

It is s harrowing experience booking a car with the market leaders.
