Sir, I had purchase maruti swift d zire ((ldi) from comet motors surat pandesara surat. on dated 13/11 total price of car 6, 30, 000/- I had give rs.30, 000/- cash and 5, 97, 550/- by cheque dealer is deposited my cheque on dt.14/11 and my all cheques are cleared by my bank on 15/11 morning I had get the car on 16/11 and dealer force to me as a price hike by maruti and took Rs. 10354/- from me as a cash kindly do needful
