Maruti Swift Dzire VDI
Delay in delivery of vehicle

This is to bring to your kind notice that i booked swift dzire model (VDI) with M/S (MODERN AUTOMOBILES) INDUSTRIAL AREA phase 1 Chandigarh. As per directions of the said firm i went to the dealer for taking delivery of swift dzire at 2:30 pm today i.e. 16th march. The vehicle was delivered to me around 6:55 pm without any reasons. All the payments were made before hand. It was a real harassment for me to wait there for 4 to 5 hours without any reasons and waste my time even after giving the complete payment.

Kindly take strict action against it and look into the matter as this was not justified.
