I booked a Swift Dzire VDI (VDI) from Amar Cars Pvt. Ltd., Anand (V.U.Nagar) on 20th Jan 11. The sales person booked Swift Dzire VXI (Petrol) instead of VDI. Now they r not at all listening for there mistake and wrote a letter to us that sorry for inconveniency and now they had booked VDI for us on 22th March 11 and can get car in 90 to 100 days, but my desired purchase date is 12th of April 11 only. Even they do not give any receipt for booked car so customer do not get any proof. Pl help me to get my car on 12th april 11 else i need to cancel booking and get my deposit Rs. 11, 000/- back.
