Car Caught fire Under Warranty and company is denying the warranty

I recently had an incident where my Maruti Dzire VDI caught fire while driving home and burned itself. My car was less than two years old and was within full warranty. I have been in touch with your customer service for warranty claims and I am horrified by the experience so far. I have been sending emails to your customer service asking for official response, but they have been intentionally dodging my requests and instead make verbal negotiations over the phone. With no fault of mine, my car caught fire and I was fortunate enough to get out in time. I have been researching this issue since then and I have found plenty of similar issues where either passengers died or car burned beyond recognition.
