To get new service book

Dear Sir,

I had purchased my car on july 31st 2009 from mandovi motors Bangalore. I had one time free servicing of my car at devanand show room, Gulbarga. But for second time servicing I had lost my servicing book so I paid ammount for the servicing of car. Now again I have to give servicing for third time for this do i get the duplicate or new service book, if i get than please advice me how to get it.
