Maruti/swift vdi
Asking extra premium

I have booked Maruti swift vdi on 9 August through a cheq of Rs 11000 (cheq no 004539 idbi bank) from kataria automobile ltd (dealer code 01040 Gujarat, Ahmedabad) I have submitted all required papers to executive Rakesh Rana who is working with Kataria automobile ltd he told that we will get the receipt and waiting list number for the same but he didn’t gave the receipt next day rather than saying he will provide it tomorrow day after tomorrow and so on after a month he told that receipt is not required it’s not so important either when I told Mr Rakesh Rana very strictly that if you will not provide me receipt I will register a complaint he gave me the receipt dated 5 October (receipt No 11814) when I told him that I have booked my vehicle on 9 August then why are u giving me receipt dated 5 October he told that if I wan receipt for 9 August I have to pay Rs 25000 extra I felt a terrible sense of insignificant on the account I feel cheated very badly by kataria automobile ltd and wan some strict action to be taken against them can u plz help me in this case.
