Maruti Swift VDI
Bad service

I have purchased Swift VDI wearing temporary registration no. HP03 (T) 4391 from Maruti Authorized Dealer from Shimla on 04-06. Since then the Wheel Alignment is not OK. We got the alignment done from maurti authorized service centers/dealers at the time of first free service and later in September by making payments for the same. But still alignment is not OK and this damage the tyres. Each and every time I contact a service center for this problem they asked to get it done on your own charges and company is not liable for this. I have contacted to many Swift VDI owners but no one complains for such type of problem whenever I also run on the same roads as other consumers of the same product use.
