Delay in delivery of ca

Sir, i had booked a maruti swift vdi on the following dealer

BHATIA & COMPANY, 23-24B, SMALL SCALE INDUSTRIAL AREA, KOTA-324007

I booked the vehicle on 28th feb ith the name of "PRAVEEN KUMAR SHARMA" and the company had committed to give the delivery within 4-6 weeks. now its 22nd april and still no response is coming. we had already tell them that we had marriage function on 5th may an d we need the vehicle latest by 15th april. They r demanding the complete payment in advance after that they will give the vehicle in 4-5 days but it is not possible. we r saying that take the money and deliver the car. so help us out as no such terms r declared at time of booking now at time of delivery they r giving new stories. its a marriage case so plz look into this with priority.
