Service and Warranty Denial by RNS Motors - Yeshawanthpur Bangalore.

I have purchased Maruti Swift VDI from RNS motors on 2010 February with extended warranty also.

I have Serviced my car in RNS for 1st, 3rd, 4th within the specified time/KM limits and had a good experience.

Regarding the 2nd service, I made it in Trinity Services (Authorised service centre from Maruti).

Yesterday (March 3rd 2012) I had a problem with my Horn, When I checked with Service peronnel he said it has to be replaced.

I said I have extended warranty, but he refused to replace as it does not come under warranty.

I showed him the Extd warranty card which clearly mentioned Horns are also covered.

Then They started to give me trouble in other way.

1. They asked me show all the previous bills of service done. Without bills they will not replace parts.

&--gt; I said I dont have any old bills. You can check in the system.

2. After 1 hour they asked since I have not done 2nd service under RNS, they cant do service and they dont have track of my second service.

I showed them service manual with details of second service but they have not agreed to do service.

This shows a very casual attitude of the Service staff of RNS MOTORS and I think that we should stop dealing with RNS motors in future.
