Maruti Swift VDI
Not able to delive

I had booked Maruti Swift VDI with swani Motors Ltd., jalandhar, punjab on 22th July vide SOB11000780 and I was promised delivery of the vehicle within 5-6 months. Despite my repeated follow-ups, nothing happened.

It has been more than 2 month, but I am yet to receive the delivery of vehicle. Dealer has been playing games with me, telling me that the status of my car is showing as Pending in system.

Important matter is that the car booked on 27th july has been delivered to the other party in this month. So what is this matter. Why i am not getting my car. So please take an action against swani motors otherwise i will go to Consumer Court.

I had complaint earlier also. My complaint no. is 1897399042.and I had also contact to 0172 2781352 and 2780056.

But nobody give response to me.
