EXTENDED WARANTY

Sir /madam

My self Manoj Katyal purchase Maruti Swift Vxi on dated 31/01/08 from Pandit Auto Mobile Yamuna Nagar Reg no HR02S 5175.

Dealer has offer me extendable warranty for 3rd year. I have except it and give payment for extendable warranty. Dealer has given me third year warranty book and slip.

here dealer cheat me, he has given me slip on which following dates have been mention

Date of sale 31/01/08.warranty start from 31/01/07 and valid up to jan. After two year from date of purchase my warranty has finished.

I have given complaints to dealer so many times but not getting any favourable response. I am totaly fed up with all this nonsense. So it is my humble request to you please do some favourableaction, oterwise i will knock the door of consumer court. It will not give any harm to me but will give defame and degrade the name of India's largest automobile company company
