Dealer not attending to complaints

Dewars is one of the dealers in Maruti having there office in Topsia, Kolkata.

My company Ambuja Cements Ltd purchased a car Maruti Sx4 in May.

My car is under warranty which ends after 2 years.

The service provided by the dealer is unprofessional to say the least. I had some problem in the car. The car stops frequently when the accelator is released and the steering gets jammed. When I took the car to the dealer they casually attended to the car and released the car saying that it is alright though the car continues to have the same problem. Now when I want to go back to them they are saying that there is strike in their estabhlishment for last one month.

How a reputed dealer like maruti appoits such a dealer beats me.
