Cheating by M/s KTL Pvt. Ltd (Maruti authorised dealer)

Dear Sir,

As per the verbal guarantee by M/s KTL PVT. Ltd, (One of the authorised dealer of Maruti) to deliver the Maruti-SX4 vehicle on the day of Dhan Teras (3rd October), they have taken all the full payments against the vehicle from me since a long days back.

As on date they have not delivered the vehicle and they are not able to tell when it will be delivered.

This is just cheating to the customer who has a good faith on Mauti. We request to cancell the dealership of M/s KTL Pvt. Ltd and take action against the dealer and compensate me for the mental harrashment done by M/s KTL Pvt. Ltd. Such type of dealers are making fool to the customer and give the bad name to M/s Maruti.
