Maruti SX4 Zxi car
Steering problem

I have purchased a Maruti SX4 Zxi on 24th May with registration number DL 9CS 4286. All timely services are done by Rohan motors Noida.(Total running 28000 Kms only).

There was some noise from the doors while driving so I went to Rohan motors for rectification of problem, Rohan motors supervisor inspected the car with test drive and advised me that doors noise problem will be rectified and alongwith that he informed me that there is small noise in steering also, which I never noticed in the last three years. He insisted me that this small problem will be rectified with lubrication only. So he opened the steering assembly and charged for that. After a week first time I felt a hindrance in steering while turning, immediately I informed to Rohan motors and again he opened the steering and informed me that he had done the alignment and now car is perfectly OK. After a week I again felt same hindrance while turning so I again informed Rohan motor and again he opened steering and advised me to change whole steering assembly since its sensor is not working properly. The steering assembly costs approximately Rs 30, 000.

Several times I complaint this for Rohan Motors management since they have themselves opened steering and created the problem so they have to replace it to rectify, when I used to visit frequently Rohan Motors regarding this problem they confirm me that they will rectify it after some time, but still they have not taken any action and four months already left, steering problem is increasing day by day, if some incident happened who will responsible for that.

I request Rohan motors thru your forum that this steering problem should be rectified immediately free of cost by Rohan motors. Thanks in advance for your prompt early action.
