Paper Non Transfer case

Hi,

Myself Amber Dixit S/O Dr. S.P.Dixit. i have sold my old Maruti 800 Car to True value on 16th November but till date this car is running in my name. they have sold this car on the same date to some other person but still this car is running in my name. i have informed and asked many times from True value customer care and center of Moradabad to transfer the ownership but they are giving me the excuses every time.

i need your help to sort out this case. i have the sale receipt and purchase receipt of true value which they gave me on 16th Nov. 09.
