Delay of Vehicle (CAR) delivery in Nizamabad Varun Motors& Non response from the deale

Vaganour VXI Car booked in 29th August at Varun Motors, Nizamabad on name Sh. M.Sanjeev Reddy, Teacher, Residence at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Nizamsagar - 503302, Nizamabad Dist. Mobile No. is 9440326110. He said that, it will be delivered with 2 weeks. But today i.e. 05.10. he failed to deliver the CAR. The payment also paid for Rs. 464606/- with forcely on 29th September. Now no response is giving the dealer (sales officer). At the time of booking the vehicle is available at Mitra Agencies, RTC Cross Road, Hyderabad. But according to sales officer words, we booked in Nizamabad, because he said that, "No problem sir, I will also deliver the CAR with in 2 weeks". He booked the car, for his self target given by the company. But, he shown the sale in next month.
