Improper Servicing of my Alto LXi

I took my Alto LXi to Bimal Auto Workshop at Bamunimaidan, Guwahati on 30.10.10. with the complain of noise in the front suspension. This is the second time since I had to visit the workshop with the same complain. On both the occasion the brakes had been checked and necessary parts have been replaced. But the compalin could not be resolved. My Car has just done 26500 kms since 9th April (date of purchase). I called up the customer service helpdesk on 01.11.10 with the complains and and requested them to pick up my car from my workplace and they have assured me to send their representative accordingly on 02.11.10. But my question is will i be charged again for replacement of spares and labour as i have already spent twice for the same job which did not solve my problem …..??
