Breakdown during Warranty

I had a breakdown on the highway 2 weeks back. The dealer: D D MOTORS, 81A RAJPUR ROAD, DEHRADUN has yet to fix the fault. According to the dealer there is a fault in the fuel pump. It is beyond my comprehension that a faulty fuel pump has not been replaced in 2 weeks for a car under warranty. The car was purchased by the undersigned on April 15. The dealer seems to be stalling for time for some odd reason.

This kind of cusromer care is disgusting for the consumer and shameful for a prestigious organization like MUL. I hope a very quick action is taken in this regard otherwise I will have no choice but to go to the consumer court for redressal.
